Your initial consultation involves a comprehensive gathering of information in order to gain an understanding of your overall health, including your own priorities. A personalised treatment plan will be provided to you which may included nutritional & lifestyle recommendations and supplementation. Testing may be required (at an additional cost) and I will discuss this with you if needed. An initial consultation is recommendation for all new clients, or existing clients who have not had a consult for 12 months or more.

A return consultation will usually be recommended 2-3 weeks after your first appointment. This is necessary to monitor your progress, discuss any test results, and make relevant adjustments to your treatment plan going forward. Frequency and duration of return appointments is dependent upon your unique situation and usually determined after each session.

If you are infectious or too unwell to attend the clinic the appointment can be via zoom or phone.

Telehealth Online Appointments
Telehealth Online appointments can be booked if necessary and operate via video link using Cliniko practitioner software which has secure end-to-end encryption, and whereby your personal information is stored safely as per data protection regulations (Australian Privacy Principles).
A link will be sent to you once you have booked and simply clicking on that link will give you access at the time of the appointment.
Prices for Telehealth Online appointments are the same as in person.
